Order Processing

All orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days from the date of purchase.
While we always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible, please allow for slight delays during busy periods, product launches, or holidays.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your delivery all the way to your door.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer two shipping options across Australia:

Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s network.

International Shipping

We’re proud to ship worldwide* so athletes everywhere can join the Game Guardian Gang.

Standard International Shipping: 6–27 business days (depending on destination)

Express International Shipping: available at checkout in selected regions

Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply for international orders. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
